1. *Legal Validity:* The certificate provided upon completion of our vocational and self-employment courses in the medical field does not guarantee legal validity as per government policies. The institute does not guarantee whether the course will be recognized or accepted by government authorities at any point in time.
2. *Course Content:* The institute reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course content, materials, or curriculum without prior notice. Students enrolled in our courses acknowledge and accept that course content may change over time. 3. *Refund certificate Policy:* Refunds certificate are issued solely at the discretion of the institute and are subject to review on a case-by-case basis. Students must adhere to the institute's refund policy and procedures to be eligible for a refund.
4. *Intellectual Property:* All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, study guides, and assessments, are the intellectual property of the institute. Students agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any course materials without prior written consent from the institute.
5. *Student Conduct:* Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and adhere to the institute's code of conduct. Any form of misconduct, including plagiarism, cheating, or disruptive behavior, may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the course.
6. *Liability:* The institute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our courses or services. Students agree to indemnify and hold the institute harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in our courses.
7. *Governing Law:* These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
